Right now we are looking for a Warehouse& Distribution manger BeNe to join our team:

Role Overview:

Manage Warehouse and Distribution’s activities for Belgium and Netherlands to maximize the efficiency of the operations & the service level to our customers

Job Description (non-exhaustive):
  • Accountable for Warehouse Operations and Distribution including Quality, health and safety
  • Participate actively to implement the Cluster strategy through optimization of operational resources, processes & systems into LDC and 3PL (Sterima)
  • Monitor Daily Operations and Transport costs in achievement for Budget defined in the cluster
  • In charge to provide and to promote KPIs for Warehouse and Transport activities BeNe
  • Drive Lean activities to perform operational excellence, best practices and continuous improvement
  • Maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) that meets international standards and adhere to regulatory policies and practices
  • Provide a quality working environment that is functional, safe, secure and sustainable through effective facilities management and health, safety and environmental (HSE) policy adherence/best practice
  • Participate and lead Warehouse & Distribution projects with a Domestic and/or EMEA perimeter
  • Maintain “One team” approach with Domestic teams (Sales; CS and Supply ) in each country

Candidate profile:
  • 5 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge with Warehouse and Transport activities with a preference in Medical sector.
  • Autonomy, reactive, respect for processes and operating procedures.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration with internal/external customers.
  • Problem solving mindset .
  • Customer satisfaction mindset
  • Knowledge with SAP or other ERP

Localisation:

Hoofddorp NLD 3 days per week and Zaventem Belgium 2 days per week
