    For one of our biggest clients, we are currently seeking an I-Series (AS/400) software engineer for its Software Solutions department. This role involves developing and maintaining in-house solutions for international transportation and customs declaration. The engineer will work in a team, reporting to a team leader.The main tasks will consist of:

    • Develop new solutions as part of project teams
    • Conduct software analysis, testing, and provide support
    • Update software specifications, test cases, and documentation
    • Investigate and resolve issues in I-Series applications

    Wat zoeken wij?

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in I-Series software analysis & development
    • Proven proficiency in SQL and RPG ILE (free) with embedded SQL
    • Proven knowledge of XML and web services/SOAP in an RPG-context
    • Familiarity with Stored Procedures
    • Familiar with PC windows MS office
    • English fluency is mandatory, Dutch fluency is a HUGE plus !
