We’re looking for our next Assistant Backoffice Manager to support our commercial operations, transport & production planning, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Your mission

  • Ensure top-notch administrative & logistical follow-up for the sales back office
  • Support the fresh fries sales team with reporting & insights
  • Act as the right hand (and backup) of the Backoffice Manager
  • Oversee order management, transport coordination, and production planning
  • Keep processes running efficiently while ensuring safety, quality & smooth communication

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years in a similar role
  • Strong skills in Excel & MS Office (SAP is a plus)
  • Trilingual: Dutch, French & English (German is a bonus)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator
