I’m partnered with a leading scale-up financial technology company dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions. They simplify investment processes with advanced analytics and user-friendly platforms, empowering users to make informed financial decisions and are looking to challenge the likes of MasterCard and Worldline.

Currently we are seeking a skilled Back End Developer with expertise in Java and Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry or with payment systems, working to enhance and streamline backend operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement new features and collaborate with a range of teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues.
  • Integrate with financial and payment systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Java and Kotlin development.
  • Background in the financial industry or experience with payment systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
