Function

As a Master Data Coordinator, your main mission will be to define and coordinate the data management strategy for the entire Group. You will also play a key role in the digital transformation of the department. Leading a team of two, you will ensure the quality, security, and compliance of data while actively participating in operations. You will report directly to our IT Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and strengthen our Master Data team.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of master data (items, etc.).
• Oversee the configuration of product configurators (CPQ) and contribute to the PLM environment (SolidWorks PDM).
• Deploy data security tools, including implementing a DLP solution and mapping sensitive data.
• Act as a relay DPO: coordinate with Quality Managers and maintain close collaboration with the Group DPO.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement projects related to data.
• Enhance data value through KPIs, Business Intelligence, and, in the future, AI.
• Ensure GDPR compliance.
• Define and maintain rules for the lifecycle management of documents and master data (creation, validation, distribution, archiving, obsolescence).
• Coordinate document workflows across various systems (ERP, PLM, CPQ, EDM).
• Oversee overall document management (EDM): classification, lifecycle, security, monitoring, storage capacity, reporting, etc.

Profile

• Analytical and methodical, you can influence and convince stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
• You are comfortable delivering presentations.
• Curious and constantly keeping up-to-date, you remain attentive to innovations, technological trends, and market standards.
• You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, Cybersecurity, or Digital Law.
• You have more than 10 years of experience in Master Data Management and regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2).
• You are proficient with ERP/CRM environments, CPQ, and PLM systems (ideally SolidWorks PDM).
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You have experience in change management and continuous improvement project leadership.
• Skills that will be appreciated and considered a strong plus: DPO background, acting as a DPO liaison, or relevant certification (CIPP/E, CIPM, etc.). // Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc. // Experience in BI/Data Analytics or AI-related projects.
