unction description

Business and Functional Analysis

: analyse client needs and business

processes,

shape the solutions and write down clear product specifications that form the input for the development teams to organise the migration

Communication on the cloud migration

Act as interface between the product owners and agile teams to prepare the migration to the new request tool Snow and

organise the communication on the cloud

Translate the business needs within IT

Define and analyse the business model using modelling techniques and methods defined by the group

Organise the migration from existing tools to Snow request management

Validating the product functionalitie

s in your scope and assisting the testing team in creation of clear and complete test Scenarios and test Cases

Analyse the GAP

between former and new tools and participate in the Change Management

Prepare the communication for the change management

Gather problems and opportunities and

initiate creation of the request procedures

due to cloud implementation to add them in Snow

Act as ambassador

for the new tool

Manage the risk, quality and issues

Requirements

Language requirements

Dutch + French

Strong written and spoken communication skills - mandatory

Education

Bachelor or Master

Required experience / knowledge

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a bank or in the financial services industry

Technical experience
