Our Business Units Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Warehousing & Commodities and Food & Feed offer total solutions based on integrated logistics and engineering. To support these fast-growing businesses, Katoen Natie is looking for a Business Intelligence Team Lead for its sites in the harbor of Antwerp (Belgium).

Job Description

As a team lead you will be responsible for managing the business intelligence team and projects at Katoen Natie. You will set priorities, divide projects according to expertise and ensure that projects are delivered on time. Through your experience you will be able to coach and further develop your team.

You will be the first contact point for the business to analyze their needs and develop a strategic BI solution. Based on business needs, you define both short and long term goals.

You have a passion for data and you are interested in the latest trends on the market. You have enough technical knowledge and you are motivated to fulfil technical tasks yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach BI team
  • Manage and develop BI projects
  • Define BI roadmap
  • Domain architecture for data & information
What is expected of you
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree, or similar by experience.
  • 5+ experience in BI
  • Strong SQL and DAX knowledge
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
    • Pipelines (CI/CD)
    • Boards
    • GIT
  • Experience with data components in Azure Cloud
    • Azure Data Factory
    • Azure Data Lake
    • Azure Databricks
    • Azure SQL
  • Experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
  • Knowledge of data modelling
  • Experience with a dashboarding tool (Qlikview, Power BI,…)
  • Python knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Hands on, good communication and relations skills.
  • Flexible, involved, organized, self-motivated.
  • Be able to work independently
