Carrier Performance Manager - VIE (M/F)

Position based in Belgium - Braine l’Alleud

Duration: 12 months renewable

Mission

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsabilities will be :
  • Be referent for Carrier Performance Management inside Braine L’Alleud OVL Agency for OVL Benelux (BNL)
  • Be referent on RIDA follow up, continuous improvement plan for carriers of OVL BNL focusing on top 10 OVL customers
  • Coordinate partnerships with Carriers, collaboration onboarding
  • Create and improve follow-up indicators, action list and tools from Microsoft BI
  • Be an actor of innovation inside OVL BNL and the Group
  • Focus on cost drivers but also Customer High level of satisfaction
Profil
  • You are a recent graduate (bachelor’s degree or master’s degree) in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transports
  • A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, summer job) in Supply chain will be an asset
  • You like negociations, you are able adapt yourself to different environments and interlocutors
  • You have good analytic skills - comfortable / familiar with data management while using IT tools (Office 365 and Power BI)
  • Your level in English is good (written and oral) to evolve within an international environment and you speak Dutch
