Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Change Management Consultant with our company. Current project is a global S4Hana implementation in J&J. The role can be located in Zug, Beerse or Cork. There is a requirement to work 3 days out of J&J office. The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, and offering expertise in change management practices.

Overall qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with very large Business Transformation projects is a must
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Project management experience is a plus
Change Management
  • Design and implement change management strategies aligned with global project objectives and local business needs
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement plans across different regions and business units
  • Create and maintain change impact assessments, identifying areas requiring special attention or modified approaches
  • Develop communication plans and materials that address cultural nuances and regional differences
  • Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting strategies based on feedback and analytics
  • Partner with local business leaders to address resistance and ensure buy-in at all organizational levels
Training Development and Delivery
  • Design comprehensive training strategies for various user groups across multiple regions
  • Develop training materials including user guides, quick reference cards, and e-learning content in multiple languages
  • Create and maintain training schedules that accommodate different time zones and regional requirements
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of training content
  • Implement train-the-trainer programs to build sustainable internal training capabilities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics
