Le Pristine and Le Pristine Café opened its doors in the summer of 2020 in the fashion center of Antwerp as an à la carte restaurant and walk-in bar. A few months after opening, it was awarded its first Michelin Star. Le Pristine is a holistic hospitality experience where an eye for detail and quality are the common thread. In the kitchen, Sergio and his chefs pay tribute to Italy with a nod to his own Zeeland origins. The combination of food, fashion, design, art and music make Le Pristine an unprecedented contemporary concept in Antwerp.
As chef de partie you will be part of an international kitchen team consisting of talented and motivated young people who strive for perfection, under the professional guidance of Chris Blom.

TASKS
- Providing cold and warm dishes.
- Making mise en place.
- Placing and checking orders.
- You work with the team to deliver the perfect service and quality.
- Ensuring order and tidiness in the kitchen.
- Assisting the chefs where necessary.
