You are the go-to person in the commercial department for financial and analytical matters, supporting both the commercial team as well as the business unit management (VPs).

You are responsible for all price settings, tailored to the specific requests of the customer, ensuring an accurate pricing based on a sustainable margin. You interact with internal stakeholders up to Excom level as well as with customers and prospects in a B2B context (including flying, training and maintenance operations).

You equally support the commercial operations by profound analysis and support in commercially related projects.

  • Create tailor-made pricings for every tender, based on the specific requirements of the customer, incorporating the variable factors as captured across the organization.
  • Prepare the related contract P&L and cash flow plan in cooperation with the business controlling team, ensuring a sustainable profit margin.
  • Explain and finetune price settings with the Excom and business unit managers to optimize the profit whilst considering the commercial strategy and direction.
  • Perform thorough analysis of the market landscape both on supply (competition) and demand (customer side) for regions and operations matching NHV’s strategy (both micro and macro economically), including a financial analysis of the parties involved
  • Inform the organization of commercial activities through structured and recurrent reporting
  • Lead and support projects related to the commercial team
  • Perform data analysis on the pricing financials across contracts and over time, pro-actively as well as upon request of senior management
  • Master’s degree with an economical background or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in working with European stakeholders or internationally is a plus. High levels of influencing and building relationships in a diverse culture
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
