Responsibilities:

• You will start your career as a Commercial Talentin our sales department; ensuring our beloved brands like Milka, Oreo, LU, Côte d’Or and Stimorolare well looked after. Products, promotions, customers, you will learn it all.
• Possible entry points are Key Accounts, Trade Marketing or Field Sales.
• You will first get an intensive coaching(on the job) from our young and enthusiastic team and then it’s up to you to prove yourself. In short, the ideal way to get to know a company that is differentiated not only by its products, but also by passion, commitment and enthusiasm of its employees.
• After a successful first role, there are interesting growth opportunitieswithin the Sales department in the Netherlands, depending on your talents and your career ambition.

Qualifications

Required:

• Young ambitious MasterGraduate
• Strong analyticalskills and you work with a high level of accuracy
• You are eager to learn, always looking to raise the bar
• Customerfocused, entrepreneurialmind set and excellent communicationskills
• You have a strong drive for resultsand are able to prioritize
• Passionateabout FMCG, creative, enthusiastic, organized and taking ownershipin your work
• You have the ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English
