Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• National or International procurement certification (i.e MASTERS / MCIPS / CIPS or

working towards CIPS) in a relevant field;

• Experience: Essential NATO or other Public Sector experienced practitioner in the

role of Contracting Officer for medium to highly complex projects requiring In-depth

knowledge of vast array of NATO or other Public Sector procurement processes and

governance covering competitive and sole source procedures.

Duties/role:

• Planning, drafting, negotiating, awarding, and administering contracts for goods and

services for medium to complex projects.

• Supporting NCSC Project Managers in the role of Business Advisor.

• Leading all contractual matters in the competitive bidding process, including

issuing Notification of Intent to Invite Bids, establishing Bidders’ Lists, drafting,

coordinating, and releasing the Invitation For Bid, evaluating contractual content of

bids, conducting pre-award discussions, and awarding contracts in accordance with

the agreed Agency Acquisition procurement procedures.
