The Benelux Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to local teams, ensuring efficient event management, compliance, and process excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing internal and external meetings and supporting administrative workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
  • Coordinating contracts, logistics, travel, and invitations.
  • Supporting financial processes in collaboration with Finance.
  • Acting as first-line support for the local team and backup for other administrators.
  • Managing grants, sponsorships, shipments, and archiving.
  • Maintaining collaboration platforms and handling office management tasks.

Major Accountabilities

  • Efficient operations and event execution.
  • Compliance with processes and guidelines for all activities and materials.

What are we looking for?

Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Additional certifications, registrations, or licensure as relevant

Competencies

  • Executive PA or business administrative/project management expertise
  • Strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix-driven environment
  • Fluent in English; other local languages preferred
  • Organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused
