工作内容
Mission
Responsible for covering all flights with qualified cabin crew and take action if this is not the case taking into account the legal restrictions to ensure a safe and on time departure of all flight.
Responsible for the coordination of the cabin crew published roster and long term planning as from the 20th of each month up to 40 days and unforeseen events in the long term period. Responsible of available resources during disruption and this between the hours of 05.45 until 22.30,, 7days/7 days.
Profile
Communication
- Comprehensive handover to on coming shift.
- Single point of contact for cabin problems with internal departments as OCC, Cabin crew department, Scheduling and external departments.
- Contacting cabin crews in order to update them of their new duties or their situation at any time in a professional, concise and objective manner.
- Focus position for Cabin crew.
Compliance
- Fair division of duties for cabin crews taking into account personal request (social life) in compliance with applicable industrial, company and regulatory requirements in an objective way, keeping in mind cost optimization.
- COMPLEX situation due to specific qualification owned by different cabin crew members. ( Mix of aircraft types)
- Update rosters and inform crews and relevant departments in order to ensure follow up of published roster
- Efficient use of reserve cabin crews
- Maximum use of crews already on duty
- Act as the point of contact between cabin crews, flights and all relevant departments (request, swaps, sickness, technical problems, delays, extra flights etc….) in order to ensure the communication flow of relevant and important information.
Situational awareness
- Responsible for adapting hotel reservations when required (additional crew, technicians) contact passengers coordinators desk in case of changes to positioning flights or extra positioning flights in order to ensure continuity, make sure all transports are arranged between airport/hotel
Independency and complexity
- Implementation of proposals in communication of OCC and validate that implement.
- Report every irregularity by filling in accurately the log in order to ensure that departments can find a valid explanation of a crew member’s absences, sickness etc….
- Responsible for reporting all abnormalities to BCAA on a monthly base.
- Responsible for reporting deviations & derogations to BCAA
Commercial impact and cost savings
Providing new cabin crews/or change cabin crews due equipment changes requested by Commercial/technical departments on daily base in order to avoid cancellations and delays and ensure on time departure.
When not available search for any valid candidate in the published roster.
Extra tasks
All individuals have their own specific task to complete during shifts.

- Bachelor
- Good knowledge of the Operations Manuals, Cir.ops.rules and subpart Q
- Languages: FR-ENG-DU
- Good computer skills: Blue one/Netline Ops – Msoffice – Jeppesen Crew tracking
