The role

Is your day successful when you could apply your knowledge indata analytics to deliver data-driven insights to the business?

Do you have a passion specifically for process optimization, where through data analysis you help improving the efficiency of our processes?

Our Operations department strives to send the most suited technician to service our customer’s machines at the optimal time, estimating upfront what service is required and which parts are likely to be needed.

By using all information available, analysing it and building analytical models that embody that intelligence, you will work with us to make that happen. Will you take on this challenge?

Are you ready to take ownership? You will be the product owner of this operational intelligence and you will be able to design its road map and direction.

Good knowledge of SQLand previous experience in data science, will help you with this. Knowledge of SASis a plus.

Do you enjoy cross-departmental collaborationand demonstrate excellent communicationand collaboration skills? In your role you will work closely with the Operations and IT department where you excel in translating business into technical requirements for IT to industrialise your findings.

Over time you will develop a deep understand of how we run our Operations in the service division.

What we expect from you?

To accomplish this role, a master’s degree in Engineering (Computer science, Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence) or in Statistics, problem solving skills, professional experience in data analytics and an affinity to Marketing and IT will help you. High self-motivation, innovative mindset and accountability are key for success.
