For our client Colruyt, we are currently seeking an analytical data enthusiast in order to clean and group their customer data:

Location: Halle (Hybrid: 2 days per week from home and 3 days in the office, or 4 half days at home and 1 full day in the office)

About the Role:

Colruyt is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data marketing specialist to join their team. This operational role involves working extensively with client data derived from the Xtra membership card, assisting in targeted marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
  • Collect and analyze client data to create targeted client groups for various campaigns.
  • Use company-built software to filter and distill client groups based on specific criteria.
  • Prepare address groups for physical mail advertisements for a select group of clients (e.g.: in a certain radius around specific stores, etc...)
  • Create buyer groups for product recall alerts and other specific notifications.
  • Assist with invoicing work for the procurement team.
  • Campaign Preparation:
  • Work with marketing to identify and prepare client groups for upcoming campaigns.
  • Use logical reasoning and data analysis to ensure accurate and efficient targeting.

Challenges:

  • Operate and understand proprietary software to distil client groups from databases using various filter actions and logical deductions.
  • Handle data-related tasks independently, ensuring continuous and effective campaign preparation and execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for logical reasoning.
  • Comfortable working with data and IT-related tasks.
  • Basic understanding of SAS (or similar software)
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for data and a "geeky" interest in IT and data management.
