What are we looking for ?

• Corporate Finance :(Senior) Manager

The Corporate Finance team offers boutique investment banking advisory services focusing on developing integrated finance strategies that help our clients extract the most value out of a deal.

We focus on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions.

• Delivering Deal Value :(Senior) Manager

The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team drives implementation of post-merger integration (PMI), carve-out, operational reviews and operational due diligence (ODD) pre- or post deal, with a focus on both private equity, portfolio companies and corporate companies.

• Infrastructure & Project Finance :Manager - Financial Advisory & Senior Associate - Financial Modelling

The Infrastructure and Project Finance team helps public and private sector clients finance, deliver and operate projects in a cost effective and efficient fashion. As part of our team, you’ll help our client with procurement strategies, project structuring, financing and negotiations.

• Strategy & Value Creation :(Senior) Manager & Senior Associate

The Strategy & Value Creation team supports our clients defining strategic management plan to enable their business to keep growing no matter how the environment changes around it. You will make the link between financial elements and strategic & Value Creation topics, such as ESG, IT, HR or supply chains.

• Transaction Services :(Senior) Manager & Senior Associate

The Financial Due Diligence team helps organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.
