Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Demi-Chef de Partie to join our multicultural kitchen brigade and ensure smooth, high-quality service for both our restaurant and banquet operations. Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, “Anna” is the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and instructions from the senior kitchen team
Assist in the daily mise-en-place and ensure your section is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods Assist with stock control, deliveries, and waste reduction practices
Profiel
Passionate about cooking and eager to develop your culinary skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef in a hotel kitchen
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure during busy service times
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus)
