Join our team as a Desktop Technician, providing top-notch local and remote desktop support. Handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and document solutions in our ticketing system. You’ll ensure smooth operations across shifts, offering break-fix support and fault diagnosis for various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide VIP support and first/second level problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for complex AV issues.
  • Communicate issue status and resolution timely.
  • Maintain and update tickets for all incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP to 10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and more.
  • Support Apple users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
  • Handle printer, hardware, and peripheral installations and repairs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on computers and related equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools for network and workstation troubleshooting.
  • Support IT projects, requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+, MCP, or higher certifications.
  • 18+ months of IT experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, and more.
  • Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android) and enterprise encryption.

  • English: C1
  • French: C1
