This RE player is known for longtherm vision, combined with quality and sustainability implemented in their portfolio. They work in a dynamic atmosphere and make the job happen.
U will be responsible for the development of projects starting from acquisition up to execution of the development projects.
You will report towards The Acquisition & Development Director.
U are aware of residential market trends and can fall back on a broad network.
U have affinity with a commercial approach
U are a master in Feasibility studies for potential acquisitions.
U will take control of conceptual phase and negotiate permits (legal, financial, architectural)

- U have a Master in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- U have at least 10yrs of experience in a mutual role
- U are fluent in Dutch, French, English
- You are a team player
- You have a proven track record
