W e’re looking for an experienced digital manager who can drive and deliver performance centric digital media campaigns, with the main mission is to ensure sales growth of our e-commerce share and increased adoption of our digital service channels.

The focus is on conversion and activation of existing BtoC customer databases as well as increasing the number of prospects for our different business domains.

  • End to end responsible for the overall strategy & planning through existing & new channels, platforms & technologies ( Ad tech, SEA/SEO, DMP, CDP, Business engines, audiences management and usage, affiliation…), the good execution & optimization of all variables, and the overall evaluation of the performances pre, real-time during & post-campaign.
  • Based on the business objectives and briefings & marketing objectives, elaborate (re)marketing campaigns together with our Product owners (business leads), data scientists and digital experts and align the proposed communications planning with the CRM, social and content teams at Telenet’s side and creative & media teams at agencies side.
  • Ensure all activity is developed with strong customer insights on qualitative & quantitative data (business & campaign data, analytics) to provide customers with consistent and relevant communications.
  • Plan and oversee delivery of performance campaigns with continual testing to improve KPI’s in the conversion funnel (views, CTR, conversions and activation (sales, adoption of our services, product line-up, migration of clients towards a different solution, cross-sell, up-sell, …)
