工作内容

You will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of the digital media activities, the associated digital content production and its analysis from a data perspective. You will also be involved in the implementation of other customer experience focus (non-digital) initiatives that contribute to the company priorities and you will reporting to the Customer Experience Lead.



As a Digital Marketing Communication Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing the marketing and communication strategy
  • Help building stories around prevention and treatments, patient engagement, employer branding, etc.
  • Participating in defining the marketing activities together with the Customer Experience Lead
  • Translating the needs of the strategy into a tangible digital plan
  • Creating and implementing digital content in accordance with organization roadmap. Collaborating with the company’s digital communication owned channels (SM, web platforms, newsletters, etc.)
  • Participating in cross-functional team meetings to identify communication opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to co-create an integrated digital/media strategy.
