Digital Marketing Specialist

Function

Wanted: an enthusiastic digitally savvy and business minded marketeer.
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for executing, reporting and optimizing all digital marketing activities to achieve revenue goals of the business units. You will work closely with the marketing teams and the business units to turn their marketing plans into actions and execute digital campaigns and demand generation programs that help them meet their revenue goals. As a member of the Global marketing team, you will be based in Kortrijk and report into the Digital Campaign Center.

Key Responsibilities

• You execute and optimize multi-channel programs especially email, webinar and events programs, landing page creation.
• You support the business units in setting up their audience segmentation and target lists for emailing and paid social campaigns.
• You follow-up and secure data quality of the leads captured across channels and activities
• You help optimize the email deliverability and landing page conversion through A/B split testing.
• You have a data-driven mindset and continuously measure and report on the programs performances according to agreed objectives and KPI’s.

Your profile

• You have a master degree in digital marketing, communications, or co-related business fields
• You are a school leaver or have 1 or 2 years of digital marketing experience
• A first experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, notions of HTML, Social Media and Google analytics are a plus
• You are a hands-on and enthusiastic team player
• You are keen to learn
• You have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
