Background and Opportunity
We are looking for an outstanding hands-on Marketing Director, EMEA Field and Pipeline to help drive expansion at one of the most exciting and fast-growing Unicorn big data analytics tech companies in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and award-winning team and play an instrumental role in the next phase of Quantexa’s impressive scale-up journey following its $129m series E funding round. Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform is helping leading global and national brands in the Financial Services, Insurance, Telco and Government sectors solve major challenges across financial crime, risk, fraud and data management.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Oversee and drive field and pipeline marketing across EMEA to support revenue objectives, partnering with Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing and Content teams.
- Support expanding EMEA territory needs through marketing strategies that generate leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline, working closely with the sales team to align on objectives and tactics to support account engagement.
- Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted regional marketing programs in mainland Europe, with activities that include but are not limited to nurture email campaigns, hosted events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, digital tactics, content syndication and PR.
- Research, evaluate and select new marketing programs, partners and vendors, to drive demand generation and pipeline in mainland Europe.
- Oversee, guide and mentor the EMEA marketing manager who owns the multi-channel marketing strategy and execution in the UK.
- Track and measure all marketing programs – recording cost per activity, leads, and influenced and sourced opportunities. Monitor progress towards year end goals and adjust marketing plans as needed.
- Prioritize and execute marketing support for regional sales needs, including translation.
- Develop a trusted partnership with regional sales teams, holding regular meeting cadences at the sales leadership and team levels
- Build on centralized demand/corporate campaigns to execute in region, including executing tactics like ABM programs, custom landing pages, webinars, digital marketing, and in-person events
- Coordinate with the BDR team to maximize ROI from all campaigns, ensuring they are targeting the right people with the right message and collecting feedback to share with the rest of marketing
- Develop an account-based marketing approach to extend integrated campaigns to our named account lists with a focus on driving named prospects through the funnel.
- Work with partner marketing to develop and execute strategic field plans furthering joint goals with our partners
- Manage the regional field marketing budget, accurately estimating costs, managing actuals, and ensuring programs are on-time and on-budget
Requirements
You should have:
- Strong academic qualifications, BA/BSc degree or equivalent
- Strong marketing experience in a B2B tech company is desired
- Experience managing people
- Experience in a fast-growth technology environment
- Excellent written communications and presentation skills
- Experience in building and leading a B2B field marketing and digital strategy
- Strong understanding of current ABM and field marketing concepts, strategy, and execution best practice
- Working knowledge of Martech platforms and Salesforce.com. Hubspot a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, a sense of humour and a positive attitude
