Make It With Pride.To support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity, you manage the detailed planning, development and execution of capital projects, leading technical development, feasibility perspectives on engineering-related activities within the supply chain, and capital expense project execution meeting the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure adherence to Mondelēz standards in execution.How You Will Contribute

• Working with key stakeholders, you will define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of mid to large capital investment projects so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided.
• You will develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. In addition, you will ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented and develop and implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.
• You are responsible for managing several capital project executions in parallel and accountable that the quality and the results of capital projects meet Mondelēz standards in business and innovation processes in project management.
• You manage engineering resources and people management and development needs.
• Support Project Development / Execution: Support I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management) within the site; Provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs; Leads Project Verification (DR7); Design Reviews (DR4) onward lead Act as the source of internal and external information main stakeholders and is the key interface between Global Engineering and site. Lead site post project evaluation and communication, planning and execution activities within the EEM/IIM process.
• Develop Site Strategic Plan creation: Support the site director in developing the site strategy and plant engineering road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion – ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively with BD & Central Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget. Ensure planning of the capital budget bottom up, including prioritization (i.e. integration with the full site agenda, specifically alignment of the annual timetable)
• Drive Ongoing business and Simplification: Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Manage ongoing reprioritization, De-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global programs and projects. Support Product supply for assessment of manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps in the site
• Lead, coach and build Capability of the Project engineer(s) within the plant and other Key stakeholders.

• Masters degree in Engineering with relative working experience.
• Significant engineering and operations experience >8 years.
• Project management experience >8 yrs.
• Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
• Technical expertise across engineering disciplines and high expertise in one or more domains.
• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standard.
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business.
• Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical programs
• Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
