As an Experience Designer Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work and learn with the best team of designers, creatives, strategists, business consultants and full stack developers that you ever imagine. To help you on this journey you will have access to unlimited learning and knowledge sessions that will complement your on-the-job learning. Focus of this role will be on Experience Design & Mobile.
Within your role as an Experience Designer Associate Consultant, you will:

• Shape and conduct research with users, staff and stakeholders to shape a holistic view of the total user experience
• Analyze, consolidate, and communicate research findings to stakeholders in order to strategically frame, validate and quantify the problem being solved and help inform the wider strategic roadmap of initiatives
• Translate client needs, business and technology requirements and user research into vision documents, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes and user interfaces, all made possible thanks to continuous feedback and iterations
• Co-facilitate Design Thinking workshops & Design Sprints together with our clients and internal teams
• Set-up and lead user validation – usability tests, service safaris, A/B testing, etc.
• Create end-to-end enterprise experiences for prospects, customers, business partners, and employees that span face-to-face and digital interactions.
