- International company based in Mechelen|Care for facility- and office management in countries across Europe
Our client is a multinational company specialized in high technology products. They are a global leader in the automation industry responsible for delivering high-precision and innovative products to companies worldwide.
They are currently looking for an Office Management Officer to support their team in Mechelen.
Job Description
What will be your responsibilities?
- Office expansion: Searching new potential office locations in Europe, negotiation with local contractors, ensuring a timely opening of new offices
- Ordering office materials, assisting with couriers and posting
- Organizing and supervising the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities
- Following up on e-mails, managing administration topics, checking invoices, etc.
- First working experience in a relevant position (office- or facility management) is required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear communication and good time management skills
- Good knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- You are open to occasionally do business trips within Europe
