As a Field Service Engineer (pre-analytical lab), you will play a vital role in:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing cutting-edge laboratory equipment.
• Resolve instrumentation issues through hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction through comprehensive support for a wide array of analysers and systems.
• Ensuring that the systems, analysers and component products meet the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Optimising the performance of assigned systems and analysers within designated product lines to achieve peak functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and application specialists providing the colleagues with information about the needs of our customers.
• The main territory for this role is Antwerp.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics or Electro-mechanics.
• You talk fluency in Dutch, French and English (technical fluency).
• Your possession of knowledge in IT and network infrastructure is a strong advantage, enabling you to navigate and troubleshoot technical intricacies effectively.
• You are customer-orientated.
• You enthusiastically undertake your tasks with determination and alertness based on the results to be achieved.
• You can work independently, but you are also a team player.
• You are detail-oriented and carry out more complex tasks with a lot of attention.
• You have the ability to work in accordance with the objectives, vision and values of the organisation.
