We are currently looking for a Financial Operations Officer to strengthen the team.

As a Finance Operations Officer our money is always on your mind, and you keep a close eye on all things financial. Naturally, at Hello Customer you will be working with the latest tech/tools and automated systems (Bright Analytics & others).

So, what will be your mission at Hello Customer?

  • Booking of purchase, sales invoices & credit notes
  • Creating and following up customer and suppliers’ files
  • Tracking & splitting costs concerning payroll related matters (including the non-social secretariat costs)
  • Retrieving invoices and passing on of manual payments
  • Keeping the financial plans up to date (budget vs actual)
  • Estimating and booking costs of invoices to be received
  • Reversal of provisions on receipt of invoices
  • Booking schedule maintenance
  • Preparing closings

You will prepare board reportings, make suggestions on cost optimizations, ... At all times, keep an up-to-date overview in our finance tools.

  • You have a first relevant work experience
  • You can process detailed information effectively and consistently
  • You are flexible in terms of task content
  • The ability to hold on to views and plans of action despite adversity
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • You are analytical and structured, love numbers and know how to report on business numbers
  • Knowledge of Zoho/Exact/Bright Analytics is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch
