As we love investing in young talent, looking for their first career move, we are looking for a student to join Hello Customer and contribute to our tremendous growth as a Technical Support Engineer.

As our Technical Support Engineer, you will become our Technical Expert. Our enterprise customers will rely on your strong technical knowledge and advice when using Hello Customer.


So, what will be on your plate?


  • You are the expert on our platform, integrations, security, and architecture
  • You are the technical expert of our tool
    • You provide accurate technical information to our second line support
    • You simulate the technical issue, analyze it and provide a well-documented solution
    • You support in the creation of documentation and trainings to customers


Is this student job/internship for you?


  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a study domain ICT/Technical Engineering
  • You are by default analytical and get delighted to find out what is behind the numbers
  • You are excited to learn our customer feedback tool inside and out
  • You are looking for a challenging student job or internship in a fast-growing scale-up company
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
