Job Description

Join our dynamic team as theFP&A Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic planning across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with various departments to analyse financial data, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide critical insights that drive decision-making at operational and executive levels.

Role And Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making within the EMEA business area.
  • Act as a key business partner to the business area head and regional leadership team, challenging norms where beneficial.
  • Ensure timely communication of financial performance.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers impacting financial outcomes.
  • Develop financial models supporting strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Champion initiatives driving financial improvements, such as customer proximity, OPEX savings, or TCO reduction.
Team Leadership

  • Foster an inclusive, innovative, start-up-like environment that encourages new ideas and experimentation.
  • Set clear expectations, objectives, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Develop career pathways, that excite, attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate prompt communication to distribute relevant information effectively.
  • Support ongoing training and development to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
  • Recognise individual contributions and manage deviations promptly.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading a finance team.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI or other visualisation tools, familiarity with IFS is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Pragmatic, flexible, and adept at handling stress.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and customer focused.
