Functional Analyst (Test-coordinator)

You will be a part of a group-wide, international program aiming to implement a new IT platform (data warehouse) to produce company management reporting for Risk, Finance and Treasury in a more efficient and qualitative manner than the current complex and silo-based reporting solution. You will work in the team responsible for the harmonized regulatory reporting (EBA) out of Rainbow, followed by local statutory reporting and group financial management reporting.
We work in a SAFe mode. In short iterations (sprints) software is delivered giving us an improved time to market. We develop, evaluate and steer where necessary during these short cycles. Each time in consultation with our business.
You work in a well-integrated Business & IT team in an international context with the development teams at offshore location. You are able to maintain a good customer relationship with the business partners, where you also dare to challenge them, given limitations of time, scope and budget. You gain insight into the business processes involved.
The importance of data quality has been increasing enormously in recent years and data management has become one of most exciting domains in the financial industry. You will need to consider that as your KRA too.

Responsibilities
As the test-coordinator, you:

• Lead and steer the weekly bug and alignment meetings with the local entities
• Prepare the common (finance) test cases and organize the kick off for all the local entities and group functions
• Participate in the weekly test co meeting with the Rainbow test coordinator (give overall progress of the execution and the status of open bugs)
• Act as a SPOC for all questions related to validation within the team
• Follow up test progress within the team (scope Group Finance)
• Are the first point of contact for escalation related to the validation

Needed Qualifications
We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic professional :

• You have at least, five years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a financial setting.
• You are well motivated. Someone who can work independently. You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
• It is important that you can act in the IT landscape after a short acquaintance period. You have the interest and the analytical skills to quickly familiarize yourself with the business and IT processes.
