Head of Incoming Material Supply and of Supply PerformanceYou will ensure delivery on time of approved and released material to 15MPU’s, more than 10 international sites, Quality Control, TRD department by minimizing lead time, inventory and cost, and you will lead Functional transversal support activities for Belgium Supply Chain
In this role you will:
- Ensure delivery on time of approved and released material to 15 MPU’s, more than 10 international sites, Quality Control department and TRD by minimizing lead time, inventory and cost.
- Key point of contact for head of IM strategy and IM D&LM regarding Provisioning topics
- Run strategies defined by IM strategy group to ensure raw material availability by delivering on time/in full and ensuring lead time/Inventory reduction, but also inbounds supply cost reduction and so avoid any revenues losses due to raw material stock out.
- Manage the team to ensure all improvements are delivered as per pre-defined plan
- Define Roles & Responsibilities between heads of logistics for international sites, MPU’s heads of logistics and IM supply organization.
- Actively participate to IM strategy which will define global guidelines for Raw Material management including stock parameters, storage location, WoW with suppliers,to reduce the 150m€ inventory assets.
- Use all existing leverage, create all useful ones to reduce Inventory Working Capital optimization and write off.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement inbound supply chain model (PDS, collaborative planning)
- Identify and contribute to IM continuous improvements, as service level increase or standardize processes, to meet the GSK vaccines and IM strategy.
- Lead Continuous improvement, performance management and digitalization road map for Supply transversal processes.
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master in Logistics/Engineering or Life Sciences, specialized in Supply chai, Operations or Procurement management
- Minimum 10 years in Supply chain/operations within a multinational company, management of complex projects
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Engineer with a technical/scientific background, specialized in Supply chain, operations, project management and lean 6 sigma
