Your internship

There Will Be 4 Main Challenges For You During This Internship

Within the HR department, you will focus on communication-related tasks. You and your mentor will work at the core of internal communication.
  • Communication-related reporting. A significant part of your day will be dedicated to analysing reports of communications. Analysis, deriving action points and presenting suggestions to maximize impact.
  • Chatbot support. You will be the connector between our “live chat team” and the AI chatbot. Updating current content, adding new content and creating/adapting intents and expressions will be withing your scope.
  • Creating communications and translations towards employees. You will be asked to create and optimize HR communications and messages. That includes the copy, proofreading and translating to the languages you master.
  • Communication calendar: together with your mentor you’ll overview and synchronize the communication calendar. Challenging, aligning, and synchronizing the requested comms are a weekly task.
Your profile

This opportunity offers a healthy mix of different aspect of the internal communication strategy. The preferred profile is a generalist with a strong affinity for digital: cfr the reporting and chatbot aspect. Alongside the necessity of being a digital wizz-kid, a strong pen and communication-feel is recommended. Multiple of your skills will be addressed on a daily basis to reach our objectives.
