For one of our client we are looking for someone with :
  • Excellent level of expertise in an HR Manager fonction ;
  • Good languages skills (FR-NL-EN) ;
  • A very good knowledge of the human resources field.

Description

In concrete terms, your role will consist of :
  • Understands business and, with guidance from Director Human Resources, translates business goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results ;
  • Provides guidance management of human resources activities such as recruitment, performance review, benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring (senior) management intervention ;
  • Develops and implements near-term human resources plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and are consistent with business goals ;
  • Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs that are more complex. Not first-line intervention, unless needed ;
  • Organizes plans for human resources initiatives with assistance and counsel from more senior HR Business Partner or HR specialist and integrates those plans across businesses/functions to ensure synergy and coordination ;
  • Communicates human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes to client businesses.
Assist management in :
  • resolving employee relations and communications issues by proactively analyzing and communicating findings to management along with solutions to enhance current state ;
  • designing and implementing changes in organizational structure and processes, work design, team-based processes and organizational communications ;
  • analysing trends within the organization in turnover, hiring, promotions and separations to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavourable trends.
HR PMO North Europe countries :
  • Assist HR Director NE countries ;
  • Organize quarter meetings ;
  • Prepare powerpoint presentation and propose proactively the content ;
  • Invite speakers + gather slide decks upfront the meetings ;
  • Monthly restructuring file: prepare the file and ask NE HR Leads to send over any new requests, changes, … Make sure this is in line with EMEA procedures ;
  • Follow up on NE projects ;
  • Monthly NE HR Leads call.

Your profile

  • Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation ;
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and HRIS applications (Workday) ;
  • Good problem-solving, hands-on and agile ;
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter who is able to work autonomously, under pressure, in decentralized teams, and think outside the box ;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Dutch, French and English) ;
  • Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality ;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects ;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers and clients ;
  • Languages: NL-FR-EN.
