工作内容
Omschrijving:
The main focus is on personnel administration for 3 legal entities with a total of about 100 employees.
Subsequently, be back-up of HR colleague in absence, perform post-payroll control and if necessary any reporting.
Knowledge of PC 200 and social legislation in Belgium is necessary.
This environment is multilingual. Dutch and English are required, French is an absolute plus.
A migration to SuccessFactors was implemented at the end of 2022. If previous knowledge of Succesfactors is a plus, but not a client requirement.
