工作内容

What you’ll do

  • Reviewing and updating existing HR processes
  • Define and analyse existing HR processes using process modelling techniques and methods
  • Manage end-to-end process description
  • Process documentation
  • Manage communication towards employees: update of HR articles, writing & reviewing HR communications

Who we’re looking for

  • You have strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English
  • You have a bachelor or master degree. Certification in process modelling techniques is a plus
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
    • Experience with process modelling techniques and methods
    • Good expertise in MS Office
    • Experience with process modelling tools (Visio) and the creation of flow charts
    • Good understanding of work flow processes
    • Good communication (oral & written) skills
    • Experience with SAP is a plus
    • Experience in project management is a plus
    • Experience in HR context, knowledge of social law is preferable
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are good communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
  • You have a structured approach
  • You are able to work independently with accuracy and precision
  • You are quality-minded with an eye for detail
  • You are goal-oriented and teamplayer???????
