As HR Operations Coordinator you will drive the day-to-day administration of HR operational activities at the Corporate Support Office in Brussels throughout the whole employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding.You will act as point of contact for Brussels team members on HR related topics.
You will partner with the Human Resources Business Partner and Director HR Operations in delivering excellent HR service in a timely and effective matter.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Process new hires, promotions, terminations, and other job changes in the HRIS (Workday). Maintain employee data in HRIS system up to date, such as compensation, benefits, reporting line. Maintain complete and accurate personnel files, both in SharePoint as Workday
- Administer offer letters, employments contracts, addenda and other related employment documents; assist with the administration and invoicing of all insurance schemes and health care; assist with the administration of all incentive bonus schemes; company cars;
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance regarding benefits, payroll, policies, absence, company cars, insurances and others
- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives/events
- Coordinate all health & safety tasks required by law at the office
- Onboard new team members and explain the company, payroll, benefits and all aspects related to getting them started well

- Strong IT and numeracy skills, with high knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- First experience in HR department
- Required high English level, Dutch & French are a plus
