Interim HR Director

For one of our client, an European leader in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for a HR Director for a 12 months interim mission .

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement new HR initiatives and ensure their proper functioning.

Drive Compensation, Benefit System, and performance appraisal policies.

Oversee recruitment, employee management and staffing to achieve strategic business objectives.

Develop training and development programs for employees in line with the company’s policy of continuous improvement and high employee performance.

Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster communication and provide guidance to senior management on how to implement personnel policies.

Ensure that company policy is followed within the HR department and that health and safety procedures are up to date.

Advise the Board of Directors on the status of employee feedback and personnel policies in place.

Lead company committees and manage union relations.

Must have been previously responsible for the operation of cafeteria plans.

Profile :
Bachelor or Master Degree with a specialization in human resources, business, organization management.

At least 10 years of experience as a HR Manager/Director.

You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.

Strong knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training and development.

Good at managing and improving the competencies of the HR department employees.

Strong sense of leadership in order to be an effective participant on the executive team.

Excellent Computer and data base management skills.

Significant experience in managing Benefits & Compensation programs.
