Our client, one of the players in the Belgian Banking sector, is currently looking for a self-employed interim IT Managerfor a period of 6 months.
The Interim Manager’s key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for a number of Development and Operations teams which develop & maintain applications in following domains
Support and MIS:
- Robotics (Kofax, BluePrism)
- Document handling including archiving & printing (RFlow)
- Middleware (including AxWay and ESB)
- Development tooling (including Nolio for deployments), Jira, Confluence, GitLab)
- Security (data warehouse management)
Services:
- Finance & accounting (Oracle suite)
- Risk (SAS and Oracle DBs)
- Compliance (NetReveal & UComply)
- Security (CyberArk)
- HR (PrimeTime & XTend). Trend is migration to cloud solutions
- Management of a team of 20-30 people
- Being member of the IT management team
- Reporting to the Head of IT
The key qualifications required for this interim management job:
The ideal candidate has a strong and significant experience in a similar role as IT Manager, preferably within the financial sector. The candidate should also have a strong experience of working in fast changing environments. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be resistant to stress, pragmatic and hands-on. French, Dutch and English are the required languages.
