Your Internship At Capgemini Belgium Will Be 2 Folds

• The first part, will be in collaboration with the network: Women@Capgemini, and will focus on promoting and creating people engagement around gender diversity within the organization
• The second part, will be in collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility Officer (CSR O) and will focus on the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and its implementation

What is the Women@Capgemini Belgian community?

It is an employee’s community, striving and supporting (gender) diversity within our organization. This local initiative is derived from to the W@C initiative on a global level.

The challenges you will undertake during this internship are various:

• External brand marketing through partnerships
• Internal promotion and awareness of Women@Capgemini within the company: panel discussions, internal communications, events, etc.
• Creating a culture of diversity, help deliver Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) values
• Develop strategies to increase gender diversity within Capgemini
• Provide support and expertise regarding the novelties in D&I.
• Refer of the global network to implement best practices, be in contact with the global W@C to participate in global projects
• In collaboration with the local leads of W@C, you will interact with internal management, CSR department and HR.

We are, therefore, looking for an enthusiastic candidate willing to help this community grow and accelerate gender diversity. The goal is to bring as much to each other. During this internship, you will develop your soft skills (leadership, team management...). You will also have the opportunity to take training & development, participate in webinars, conferences, etc. This experience also allows you to grow your network through a varied job.

During The Internship You Will Get The Opportunity To Work In Close Collaboration With The CSR Officer On The Diversity And Inclusion Pillars, Mainly On 3 Aspects

• The diversity and inclusion strategy: to develop and improve some dimensions of the Capgemini D&I strategy based on market research’s, best practices from other countries, and latest European trends
• The diversity and inclusion community: to support and expand people initiatives and engagement on diversity and inclusions thematic within the organization.
• The diversity and inclusion ecosystem: to create and implement meaningful corporate partnership to expend our D&I footprint on the Belgian market.
  

Who would match us?

• Passion/great motivation for diversity and inclusion related topics, and in particular gender diversity
• Fluent in English, bonus if you speak a second language (French or Dutch)
• Currently in a Bachelor/ Master of Management, Communication, Marketing or related studies.
• Currently living in Belgium
• Preference for minimum a mid-term internship (1.5 months and more) - starting off September or later this year
• Open-minded and creative
• Used to work in teams
• Able to use entrepreneurial skills
• Able to work in autonomy as well
