Your Mission

Optimy is looking for its intern to provide daily support to the HR team for a period of minimum 6 months.Start Date: June 2022.

This is a unique opportunity to learn a broad scope of tasks related to the human resources field and to be given responsibilities.

  • You will actively help in the recruitment by elaborating job descriptions, posting and refreshing job advertisements when required
  • You will approach potential candidates through various channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and using passive or active sourcing approach
  • You will be responsible for hiring managers’ interns. This means you will be in charge from posting the open vacancy to interviewing and closing the recruitment
  • You will work collaboratively with the HR team on the monthly newsletter
  • You will provide support on admin related matters following ad hoc requests
  • You will be actively involved in other HR related projects (e.g. Office improvements, employer branding, employee handbook etc)

Your Profile

  • You have an educational background in psychology, human resources or related field
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in French is an asset.
  • A first experience/internship in the HR domain is more than welcome
  • You have outstanding organisational skills and you are detail oriented
  • Experience working with an ATS is a plus
  • You are proactive and a self-starting person who takes ownership
  • An internship agreement must be provided by your university!
