Highly efficient technologies which also in many cases use renewable energies and make a significant contribution to implementing the energy transition.

Bosch HomeComfort, based in Wetzlar and Wernau/Stuttgart, manufactures in more than 20 plants in Europe, America and Asia and achieved sales of 3.12 billion euros in 2013. The product portfolio ranges from floor-standing and wall-hung boilers and water heaters to solar thermal systems, heat pumps for heating and cooling and on to large-scale commercial and industrial systems such as industrial boilers, CHP plants and waste heat recovery systems for industrial processes.

Bosch HomeComfort Belgium is a pure sales country unit that operates under the brands Buderus and Bosch.

The Service management team, in which you will be working, is known for its positive atmosphere, where they do not only care about their customers, but also very much about each other.

You will be working as a Service Management intern in the Installation to Resale Department at Bosch Thermotechnology Belgium in Mechelen. Your main responsibility will be to support in process improvement projects on various topics, related to customer service and to support the team with (data-)analytics where needed. You will collaborate with different departments in order to find innovative solutions. This is a very nice opportunity to develop your project management-, creative, analytical and communication skills.

You are currently a student (International Business Management, Marketing, Economical Studies & Social Sciences, etc.) and you are interested in Project Management and/or data analytics in the Customer Service area. You have excellent communication skills, you are very well-organised and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently.

You have practical knowledge of IT systems/MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS PowerBI). Fluency in English and native Dutch is mandatory.

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College and you have to do a mandatory internship you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 977,50/month.

  • If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
  • In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
