Responsibilities

As a Service Agent, you will provide technical IT support to our customers on their IT infrastructure and software. This includes the local network infrastructure, local servers, workstations and peripherals together with a variety of software packages. Our team provides first and second line remote support to end users.

  • Support for Windows10
  • Support for Office software (O365)
  • Troubleshooting of hardware incidents.
  • Support for telecom and network incidents.
  • Support incidents related to in-house applications
  • Handling & follow up of IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or our ticketingtool (OmniTracker). Escalating to other teams and partners if needed.
  • Creating, reviewing and keeping documentation up to date, creating (draft) communications towards our customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and Dutch both written and spoken, English is a plus.
  • A first experience in a similar position. Good technical background & analytical skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
  • The ability to find the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds while escalating the issue with a clear description/analysis to the other teams/partners.
  • Basic knowledge & experience with Unix is a plus.
  • A strong communicator and able to guide the client in simple and constructive language
  • You can handle pressure and are autonomous
  • Assertive and eager to learn

Working hours:

Mo - Fri 07:00 - 19:00 (in shifts from e.g. 07-16h, 08h - 17h, 10h - 19h)

Saturday: 08-16h. This Saturday-shift is only every 5/6 weeks and if you are scheduled on Saturday you can work from home + you are not scheduled on Friday.
