We’re looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting department. At PwC, we serve clients from Strategy to Execution, in our case it means delivering IT strategies to ERP implementations, from policy advising to advising on the essential 8 technologies. In addition, our clients range from the national and world’s leading multinational companies to new and growing enterprises (bank and insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.), from family businesses and governments (e.g. European Commission and federal, regional and local governments) to NGOs.

What You’ll Learn And Do
  • Help clients reach their objectives by connecting and aligning business with IT
  • Guide and advise clients through their digital transformation journey by analysing and (re)defining their IT strategy and business processes
  • Create unique experiences for clients and their customers
  • Leverage the value of enterprise knowledge and data to help clients evolve towards insights-driven organisations
  • Keep upskilling yourself via trainings and on the job learning in order to enable the businesses to move forward by suggesting fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and effectively
  • Look into the business potential of current and emerging technologies from Cloud adoption to Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
  • Use creative problem-solving methods and work in an international, multidisciplinary team
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work on real client projects as from day one

Who You Are
  • You have a bachelor or a master’s degree in business, engineering or computer sciences, or any other relevant master’s degree that showcases your capabilities
  • You have a strong interest in ERP technologies and the opportunities they offer as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
  • You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems
  • Either you have technical knowledge in SAP or you have a strong affinity to learn and develop your skills in it.
  • You have an analytical mindset, a can-do attitude and great communication skills
  • You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work flexible and independently
  • You are people-oriented and look forward to being part of an international family
