Junior HR Offer Specialist

The Group Offer Team is a critical component of our GSC and collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition teams across the Eurofins network, working on internal and external offers, transfers, and promotions of Eurofins Key Employees and Leaders. To achieve this, they also work closely with colleagues from the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Tax, and Legal departments.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

• Assisting in the management and coordination of internal offer validation, contract drafting, document management and other HR related topics for GSC Employees located outside of Brussels and international Key Employees and Leaders of Eurofins companies.
• Preparing Belgian employment offers, contracts, compensation and benefit packages and ensuring internal validation for these offers (incl. drafting of net simulations in collaboration with our tax department);
• Ensuring complete and accurate administration of personal files;
• Responding to information requests from employees and act as the main point of contact to employees in the Brussels office;
• Coordinating the implementation of recruitment software and other processes;
• Revising internship agreements and VIE applications, liaising with universities and Business France in relation to internship and VIE contracts;
• Improving processes, guidelines, templates, etc. used by the Offer Team;

This roleis a full-time based in Brussels, Belgium.

Starting date:As soon as possible

Education:Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business administration or any other related field

Languages: Excellent English oral and written skills are a must. French and/or Dutch are a plus.

Personal skills:Strong problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, able to both pragmatically define solutions and capture all relevant details when necessary.

Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products.
