The Opportunity

The core purpose of this opportunity is to help as many people as you can with IT-related issues within Worldline Belgium. By doing so, you build up a big skillset and knowledge in a dynamic, ever expanding and international environment.

Whether you’re fresh out of college or have several years of experience, this job challenges both so you can grow your technical and interpersonal skills to new heights.

With a diverse and skilled team of six, we tackle internal IT problems. The nature of the job ensures that the tickets you receive are diverse so that every day is different. This keeps you on your toes and triggers different topics or skills on a daily basis so that you will continue to develop on all aspects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • First and Second line support to all employees of the Belgium region
  • Problem solving in various environments with different systems and technologies.
  • Provide telephone or remote support
  • As an operation engineer you use your experience and general IT knowledge to carry out the assignments
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues faced by our users
  • User management, creating and deleting users
  • Keep the customer happy!

What We Are Looking For

  • You can rely on a bachelor in IT or equal work experience.
  • You’ve got substantial knowledge of Active Directory, MS365 apps for enterprise, Windows 10.
  • Ability to pivot quickly when problems arise and remain focused doing so.
  • Motivation and passion for the broad world of IT.
  • Strong communication skills in English, a very good level of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Independency and you take responsibility head-on.
  • You’re stress resistant and keep a helicopter view over your daily tasks.
  • You’re strong in administration, punctuality and order.
  • You bring energy to the workplace every day to show to the customer you’re willing to listen and help.
  • You tackle all sorts of problems proactively.
  • You’re customer oriented.
