Job Description

Als QC laborant zal je werken in het analytische labo bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf dat verantwoordelijk is voor de verificatie van de kwaliteitsnormen. Je organiseert en voert verschillende chemische testen uit op materialen en afgewerkte producten. Eveneens rapporteer je over de resultaten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Uitvoeren en evalueren van analytische testen zoals oa. HPLC, GC, TLC, UV/VIS, deeltjesgroottebepaling, titraties (Karl Fischer), pH-metingen, spectrofotometrie volgens de pharmacopeia, interne procedures en GMP/GDP standaarden.
• Schrijven van analyserapporten.
• Duidelijk, volledig en correct ingeven van de testresultaten in het LIMS-systeem.
• Initiëren van deviatie, Out-of-Trend, Out-of-Specification rapporten.
• Trainingen volgen via de trainingsdatabase en methodebespreking met een senior analist.
• Review testresultaten van andere analisten.

Qualifications

• Een bachelor diploma in de farmaceutische laboratoriumtechnologie of chemie of ander relevant diploma (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring).
• Je bent gemotiveerd voor labowerk binnen de farma-industrie.
• Ervaring met HPLC is zeker een plus maar geen vereiste.
• Goed leervermogen om nieuwe methodes onder de knie te krijgen.
• Je kan probleemoplossend denken.
• Je bent stipt en nauwkeurig.
• Goede computervaardigheden en basiskennis van Excel.
• Je kan zelfstandig werken maar hebt ook een teamplayer mindset.
• Vlotte communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en een passieve kennis van het Engels.
• Bereid om te werken in shiften (1 week vroeg 6:00 - 14:00 , 2 weken dag 9:00 - 17:30 , 1 week laat 14:00 - 22:00).
