We are looking for a L&D Professional to join our newly formed Learning & Development (L&D) Department. Mission is triple: enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values, enhance the customer experience with our toolset through both remote and in-classroom training and support the sales effort with the delivery of demo material, both video and live, that enthuses the customers. Your primary mission is to empower users to get the most out of their use of the C4T toolset and make both their and our business a success.

• Train customers in our SaaS solution by giving demo’s
• Maintain and update the demo materials (environment, video’s, documentation)
• Produce and/or update existing training material (content and method)
• Deliver effective training in classroom, on-line or informally
• Monitor, evaluate and report effectiveness of training
• Evaluate and report student performance
• Encourage continuous professional development
• Support in identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees in their current role and possible next career steps
• Assist in building annual training program and prepare teaching planning (L&D)

• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to talk to a group of people and enthuse them
• BS degree in Education, Training or a related field or IT with relevant experience in training
• 3 - 5 years of experience within a similar role
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing; proficiency in any other languages is considered a plus
